I never thought that the tech things would appear so simple to me! I learnt operating computers at 24. When I got my US visa, my cousins told me that I would have a tough time because I am not tech savvy and America is all about computers and hi tech machines. On looking back, I feel they were not really wrong. It was precisely because of this that I started blogging. I know it’s the ‘in thing’ and also because I have been spending more time on my computer than on any other thing. Another thing that’s keeping me busy is jotting down the addresses of my relatives back in the Philippines who I know would never forgive me if I miss out on their birthdays or anniversaries. These special days are nothing without warm wishes and of course, memorable gifts that put a smile on everyone’s face. But if you have an extended family like mine and a huge circle of friends in different parts of the country, your job gets a lot more tougher. So when I was thinking of an easy way out I stumbled upon something that’s best suited for people like me, the Address Book facility of Remit2Home that helps me add details just once and forget about the addresses. Once the details are entered the job’s done. My job’s done in no time.
