My distant relative, Valerie about whom I wrote last time has started getting used to the American life. I know it’ll take some time for her to settle down but I am sure she’s going to like it here. She likes the shopping malls and the book shops here and reacts with awe every time I tell her about the US. She appeared a little disturbed this morning when I was leaving for office. On asking what the matter was she didn’t answer. I didn’t think of prodding any further because I was getting very late. When I came home in the evening she didn’t look tense and was at her jovial best. I asked her what the matter was in the morning to which she replied that she had difficulty in understanding the procedure of transaction. She had sent some cash to her mom last night and was a little confused. In the afternoon, she phoned the people at Remit2Home’s 24 hour Live help and her confusion was solved.
